Terms of Service

Welcome to GrocerMe. By accessing or using grocer-me.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What GrocerMe Does

GrocerMe helps you build grocery lists, import recipes from text, web links, or photos, and find matching products and prices at participating grocery retailers. Optionally, you may connect a third-party retailer account (such as Kroger) to add items directly to that retailer's cart.

Accounts

• You may sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

Third-Party Retailer Connections

• If you connect a Kroger (or other supported retailer) account, you authorize GrocerMe to add items to your cart on that retailer's platform based on actions you take in our app.
• Product availability, pricing, and order fulfillment are controlled entirely by the retailer, not GrocerMe. We display pricing and product data as provided by the retailer's systems and cannot guarantee its accuracy or real-time correctness.
• You can disconnect a retailer account at any time, either in GrocerMe or directly through that retailer's account settings.
• Any purchase, checkout, delivery, or pickup is a transaction between you and the retailer — GrocerMe is not a party to that transaction.

Recipe Import & AI Processing

When you submit recipe text, a URL, or a photo for parsing, that content is processed using third-party AI services to extract ingredients. We do not guarantee the parsed results are complete or accurate, and you should review extracted ingredients before purchasing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal personal use.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person when connecting a retailer account.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of pricing or product data, or that recipe parsing will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrocerMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues with orders placed through a connected retailer account.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
